rk partners has been upgraded from two to three stars in the current JUVE ranking for banking and finance law/capital markets law in Austria. This places our firm among the leading units in the Austrian market in this field – only about one and a half years after the initial two-star rating in autumn 2024.

The upgrade is primarily due to the strong positioning in sanctions advisory, banking regulatory law, banking M&A, and private wealth. The team led by Dr. Lukas Röper and Dr. Dominik Kurzmann has consistently expanded these areas since the firm’s founding in 2023.

A particular focus lies in the release of frozen funds and securities – a regulatorily demanding niche field that has gained significant importance in recent years. The rapid upgrade demonstrates how quickly rk partners has established itself in banking and finance law.

This recognition follows a strong development in JUVE: rk partners is now listed in four areas – banking and finance law/capital markets law, public law, corporate law/M&A, as well as environment/planning/regulation as part of public law.
